My son has a disability and loves the app. All of the antics of the monsters are highly reinforcing and have secured his ability to learn. I would purchase every app designed like this. In a future version I would love an unlimited word list (100s of words) where parent could select which words to add.

Both I and my 3 year old love this app it is educational and very entertaining and the words used are great, very advanced. My only concern is a few of the letter sounds are not quite right. They are altered a bit so it sounds like a monster would say it which is cute but not accurate. That being said, I still love this app

For a 5 and under app maybe words like cat and dog etc (easier words) would be a great addition to this already amazing app!

I put this app on my iPhone just before my son started JK (4 years old) and by the time he began school he knew most of his letters! The only letters I had taught him were in his name. This app taught him the others. Highly recommended for busy moms with young children!

I am so impressed by this app. I am a pediatrican and a parent and although I do not necessarily support too much exposure of multimedia screen time for toddlers, I just cant get over how engaging and educational this app is. I spend 10 minutes a day with my 2 years old daughter and she has learned her letters, the sounds and hand-eye-coordination in only a few sessions. I agree that simpler words would be great, but I was impressed when my toddler was trying to use the word "quarrel". Great app. Well worth the higher price point. Now we need one for numbers.

Rarely can I say out of the gate that an app is 5 stars. This one is! My 22 month old took to it like a bee to honey. Its intuitive. Perfect for young toddlers used to matching shapes. The sounds the letters make are amusing. My wife and I both thought this was a tremendous game too. Learning and fun, combined. Top notch!

My 3 year old has been hooked on this for a long time. His vocabulary has improved so much. They are always adding new words along with the many videos. Children are learning and theyre not even aware. Keep it up!

my daughter learned all her letter sounds at 18 months with this app. she also learned all the animal sounds at the same time, so i think it was a similar learning process for her. now she is almost two and still remembers the letter sounds for this app, but is able to identify letters from her set of alphabet fridge magnets and says their sounds. easy intuitive learning that stuck. thanks for an amazing app

I work at a daycare and this app is great worth the money! My only thing is it will not update past G for me right now, Ive tried uninstalling and re installing, and opening the app many times, but I cannot get it to update yet...

My 2 year old son loves this app. He repeats everything and loves solving the puzzles. There are two other apps by The same developer that teach numbers and reading. Those two are just as amazing as this one. Thank you

My 4 and 2 year olds love this app. They sound out letters and enjoy the explanation videos. The characters and animation/sounds make this a fun learning app! We love it! Worth every penny!

The animation keeps my son entertained but at age 2, he can recognize words such as scrumptious. Well worth the money to upgrade and the other 2 endless versions
